History

April 1993	–	PPMI started in a small building in Potterville, MI (2,200 sq. ft.)
1994	–	We added 4,400 sq. feet to the existing building and our first Laser.
1999	–	We added machining capabilities
July 2000	–	We moved to our current location in Eaton Rapids, MI acquiring 2 buildings totaling 20,000 sq. feet. At that time we had 2 lasers.
2005-2007	–	We added a 4,000 watt laser each year for a total of 5 lasers.
2008	–	We added an additional 10,000 sq. foot building to house our Large Press & Plate Laser for a total of 6 lasers
Jan. 2010	–	We added a fourth building of approximately 30,000 sq. ft., adding both Water Jet and Turret Capabilities. As well as doubling our machine department.

Today, Precision Prototype remains customer focused and continues to provide quality parts “on time to print”. Our purchasing and shipping departments will work hand in hand with you to make sure that all of your quoting and shipping needs are met and our engineering, quality and production departments will work to ensure that you get your parts “on time to print”.

Prototype parts, short-notice emergency parts, or regular production runs, we can meet your needs. Close tolerances, difficult materials, special tools, multiple setups, special packaging or delivery needs–we can make it happen for you.

We can work from your drawings or CAD data. We can work with Acis, DXF, DWG, IGES, Step, Parasolid, Solidworks, Inventor, Catia, Pro-E and Unigraphics.
